Please find hereby our Katanox’s Accommodation Supplier and Vendor Code of Conduct (the “Code”). The Code sets out the standards of behavior and conduct to which we, as a platform and payments institution.

Underlying Liabilities

In addition to these responsibilities, Accommodation Suppliers and Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and directives, as well as all obligations in agreements between us and the supplier.

Disclosure of Information

Accommodation Suppliers and Vendors must accurately disclose information related to their labor conditions, health and safety policies, environmental practices, business activities, structure, financial condition and performance in accordance with prevailing industry practices.

Cooperation

Accommodation Suppliers and Vendors must cooperate with any inquiries or audits that we may conduct to confirm their compliance with these responsibilities. While we try to work with our Accommodation Suppliers and Vendors to improve conditions, we may terminate our relationship with Accommodation Suppliers or Vendors that fail to meet these responsibilities.

Commitment to Human rights, labor rights and non-discrimination

We expect Accommodation Suppliers and Vendors to:

• Ensure that forced or child labor is not used and is prohibited in the performance of work.
• Ensure that working hours and working conditions are in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Treat their employees fairly, to avoid any type of discriminatory practice and to provide equal employment opportunities to employees and applicants for employment.
