Katanox processes payments in batches once a day rather than one reservation at a time. Our daily cut-off happens at 3:00 AM Pacific Time (PT).

How daily processing works

Any reservation that materializes before 3:00 AM PT is included in that day’s payout. Reservations which materialise on or after 3:00 AM PT roll over to the following day’s batch.

Reservation materialises Payment processed
Before 3:00 AM PT (e.g., Tuesday at 2:30 AM PT) In Tuesday’s batch
At / After 3:00 AM PT (e.g., Tuesday at 3:15 AM PT) In Wednesday’s batch

When funds reach your bank

Processing a transaction marks the release of funds from Katanox, but arrival times depend on your bank. Bank transfer speeds, weekends, and public holidays can add a few business days to your settlement.
